RSF ffb strange behavior (help needed)

hallo.
i just reinstalled RSF plugin and i have nonconsistent ffg glitch.
in short:
sometimes stage starts and my car have superlight wheel rotation with super nice and precise ffb, but most of a time stage starts with super stiff, centered wheel, and low ffb (i asume ffb have the same strenght but is surpressed by center spring)

also ingame overall menu i have centered spring set to OFF
and changes for ffb made in RSF plugin (150 values rised to 550) dont apply in game, when this stiff response turns in (almost most of a time)

i must say, i have more pleasure to drive with light wheel rotation with crisp ffb info rather than dull heavy centered wheel. But i never know when witch mode will be given to me.

so maybe there is some ini file where i need to modificate something to get stable game?

any ideas?

EDIT:
So sometimes wheel connects with as very loose, but sometimes as very stiff.

SOLVED
it hink i solved. No issues anymore.
error was from conflict (i think so)
so after logitech driver reinstall, there was centering spring checkmark left in box, so in RBR centering spring was off... so, from time to time Win10 didnt know what to choose.
i realy hope issue is solved.
