rFactor2 won't start

Hello, I have tried to fix this problem before. I think it involved something with adding a new profile within the command line. Can someone please give me the command for it? I think it was something like +profile="player2". Any help is appreciated

Maybe delet bin64 folder and verify game files solve the problem.
