rFactor Skins?

Being a noob around the forums, I've been wondering if it's something people do here? Skinning the cars I mean..

I really enjoy skinning the vehicles in rfactor - so would like to race in them online too - do the admins allow people to send them their skin, for inclusion on the server? If so how does it work? And who decides the numbering for the skins?

I have no objection to re-open a skinning forum but installing them on the server is a hassle where i dont want to start We have been there with GTR 2 and it is PITA to do it every time

How about for leagues? Before a league starts, get people to submit their skins? If it's after the first race it's too late..?

Just an idea..
