Replay Audio issue of car engine noise and doppler effect

Hi guys. I've this really upsetting issue and without reinstalling the game and all the mods I've no idea how to fix it. Basically what happens is, when watching a replay of a race and using any of the trackside tv cameras, as my car goes past the engine sound fades out a little but then totally cuts out. I do use CM, Sol, CSP, car/sfx mods like ACFAN etc. Any idea what it could be?
