Yeah, well, I think this is basically rb16... I just need to change the interior sounds and that would be it, but who knows... maybe I'll make one in the future!

I think AT02 V2 sound doesn't work, renamed for my car and doesn't make sounds

Have you tried renaming the guids?
If you haven't, here's how.

Step 1. Copy the name of your chosen vehicle.
Step 2. Open the GUIDS file and click edit (or press CTRL + H)
Step 3. In the space that says "Replace with", paste the name of the vehicle.
Step 4. In the space that says "Find what", copy the name of the original vehicle and paste there.
Step 5. Save and exit the GUIDs file.

And that should do it!

I know about renaming proccess and I tried this multiple times. Weird
