Added Real Rider Photo in Grid and Result UI. So, no more rider with helmet again

Danu Iswahyudi updated Real Rider Photo for MotoGP Class with a new update entry:

Added Real Rider Photo in Rider Selection Menu and Replace Iannone with Bradley Smith Photo

Update 1.1 Changelog :
- Added Real Rider Photo in Rider Selection Menu
- Added 2 version of mod (Choose one between for Vanilla Game or for Project20 Mod)
- Replace Iannone with Bradley Smith photo (for Project20 Mod)
