Could someone more competent than I am help me please? Could I have some windows done, one with number 1 and one with number 3 on? I will be eternally grateful as even at the best of times I can't get my head around making them transparent, and I have a hefty case of man-flu right now making everything far worse!

Did you use the RD template? Those windows are already transparent. Just copy your number etc from your psd to the template psd. Should work then?

Whenever I do it the windows lose transparency. I know it's something to do with an alpha layer or something somewhere (I had the same problem with the Cruze on Race 07), I just don't know what to do...also I'm using open source programs (gimp and paint.net), so most of the useful tips are directly related to photoshop which confuses things!

Yeah, been practising every day for the past two weeks ( it better pay off ). Just a bit nervous about night racing but looking forward to the test race on saturday - it'll give me an indication of where I am in the timing boards

i think laptimes are the least important in this semi-endurance race. Imo its about not making errors which is pretty hard with this little car jumping at the Aremberg approach every lap
