Team orders are allowed. But you can't give orders regarding other teams. You can't give orders between the drivers of your sister teams.

So, Hulkenberg and Fangio won't be letting Briscoe and Lombardi pass if they are faster...? Which is the way the rule is written, but you asked for no inter-team fights. Just need to clarify what you're asking for is allowed.
