Caterham get their first win of the season after a splendid drive from Garry Pullen. Pullen had to overcome pressure from James Chant throughout the race but a late serge of speed from the Englishman meant he was first to pass the flag.

Linus Brostrom took pole but lost 2 positions under the Saftey Car which was brought out due to Joel Wraith's heavy crash. Linus was unhappy with the Saftey Car but along with his teammate, Omer Said, some strong points were earned for the team. Peter Duivelaar and Thomas Hackel moved up to 4th and 5th in the pit phase, meanwhile Hiroshi had a gearbox problem which stopped him overtaking the two infront.

Alexander Macdonald continued his run of poor results, finishing 8th, meanwhile Jean-Francois Godin held off Aidan Keranen for 9th. Joel Wraith crashed heavily at Turn 1 and his car was unable to continue.
