Thank you all for signing up and then coming out to the track for a run!

My heart is still thumping so hard, I've got to run for a shot of Tequila.

Sorry Alek, no reset button.

If anyone had any problem with another driver during either of the races, please report their conduct, along with a video showing the incident for the staff to review. It keeps the racing what you want them to be!

Race report to come later!

Race 1: Finished 1st, bit boring race, I was leading through the whole race.
Race2: Average start, good first 1.5 minutes. It's a pity my race ended so fast.
3 cars had an accident in front of me and they stopped on the track so I had nowhere to go. Front wing lost, suspension damaged. :poop: :(
Could've been a good race.

That was awesome for my first RACE 07 RD race.

Race 1 I qualified 5th and finished the race in 5th after an epic battle for 4th with Matthias Klein.. Really epic, thanks Matthias!.

Race 2 I started 5th and finished 3rd.. Spent most of that race on my own sadly, but was rewarding to get to the line. Big congrats to the winners and kudos everyone for the racing. Thanks Dennis for organising!

Being only a fair driver I I spent a fair amount of time in the server working on a car that would repel armco yet fly like down the straights. Bob Miley spent a bit of time prepping and posted a very nice car online. I used it as a base and popped a couple of changes into it so my driving style[slow] would be accommodated! In the end it was quite stable, had speed and could take some but not all the abuse I wanted to throw at it.

R1: What a line of blue dots were were through most all of the first lap and so much driving with respect. Room given and space taken but a great start. Race long battles with Marek and Duilo and a few moments to mind Søren as he came up from behind. Duilio's car was truly fast but managed an affinity for armco, I had done practice laps with Marek and knew he was at my pace and I had a bit of straight line speed on him, just a tad. In the end it was a good drive and that little bit of extra speed that got me to the line ahead of him. Great racing Marek!

R2: Again Marek slipped in front of me on the start and we were into it. Unfortunately I made a move on him and though I was ahead, pushed him off so we both lost a bit of time there.at Aremburg. Pressing him hard I heated my tires, lost it at Breidsheid and dropped back a few places. Tires plagued me to the end of the lap and I was able to catch a place on Mike Bishop and keep him behind till the finish.

As I said earlier, my heart was thumping so hard in my chest, pounding because there was so much fun being had and I was in the middle of it. I loved it, hope you did too!
