car was still running at the end of the straight

oh btw that was with 50 liters of fuel
i haven't tested with 100 liters yet
but yeah it is a bit hard braking down....i do it some 50 to 100 meters earlier so i can brake slower

with wings down to 2 i can get 300 death with 60L fuel but porsche and ford corners are near undriveable
if i up the rear wing to 5 or 6 i get a pretty good feel but a top speed of 296-297
on 6th gear i cant change any thing if i do one click lower i hit the limiter if i do one click longer
i am 700 rpm above the limiter
so i guess the audi wont be realy competive in le mans anyway its fun to drive

i have my rear wing on 4 (or is it 5?)
but front wing on 1

my gear ratio is just enough to make the engine just reaching the shift/rev limit warning zone (when you see the rpm turn red...but it keeps dancing there of turning red and not turning red)

i dl your skin and put it in a folder named Dark Star, but dont see it in the game

i cant install the track, i dbl click the exe and get the unpacking window, then nothing. dl twice from different sites.

i`am using Vista any ideas

it unpacks to C:\Race07 i think so have a look and see if it is there, then just cut n paste it to the correct dir

i dl your skin and put it in a folder named Dark Star, but dont see it in the game

:slap: i forgot to bundle it in it's own folder - rookie skinner error

i don't know why the track makers are suddenly shifting to installers... it's totally unncessary... either way you have to navigate to the game folders - so it just adds a layer that can fail, like now...

if you don't sort it out i can always pack one up for you in the traditional style when i get home (if no-one else can do it beforehand)

yep certenly failing alright, as the unpacking window is only up for a few seconds, not enough time to unpack the track.

i is not having a good day, keep getting blank screen and screen flashes. will try lowering graphic settings.
