I'll be in for one of these soon :) as for New Zealanders these kick off at 11AM locam time on a Sunday :)

Thanks for this bit of info Gunthar, this was a thought i had setting this kind of start time,i figured as its the weekend there could be the chance for counties +10hours etc. and also -10hours etc.,also Lee highlighted reasons i specifically discussed with staff before setting it all up,the chance for family guys to do their normal saturday things, watch some tv with the missus, then pack everyone off to bed and sneak into the sim room, also the chance we might get some unsavioury types that have just been chucked out the pub,and general insomniacs and "Night Owls" :thumb:

Lol this is all doing wonders for my grasp of global time settings :scared::Cry:,i get confused enough with the simple hour difference bewteen GMT and BST :becky:.
So if i get this straight, its an event being setup for USA timezone, with a guy from the far east interested, who is trying to do time conversion for USA,but all set in GMT reference? wehee:lalala::yield:.

When i can work out start time here and start of some real life races i would like to see,i will consider a sign up for what looks like a delicious event m8!! :thumb::thumb:.

i will have to find a way to get it more clear, as you know Gary all event most be post in GMT time but if i do it by the book my post would have been monday october 6th at 1 am GMT. the problem if i do that the people from the USA time zone would propably think that the event is held on monday and not sunday. i think i have a solution and i will sumit it to the other racing club staff members.
