I may have a suggestion, in order to eliminate the use of in-game chat, is it possible to use the TeamSpeak for conversations during the session? I believe that this could really be helpful to avoid the ingame chat, again, just a suggestion...

As there was confusion on this last week during the race, could one of the admins state the ruling on pitting this week - ie. mandatory or not?
Thx

hi lee, since the creation of the event it never been mandatory to do a pitstop and i'm unsure on how people will react if we suddenly making it mandatory but its a good thing you have pointed this point to us and we'll be talking about it before the next event and come up with a decision but as for today it will not be mandatory. one thing i can suggest tho is that at the beginning of the event you ask people on your server if they want to make it mandatory or not.

If this is still set for the 23rd, there is no way i would be able to race as they still haven't bothered to release the game over here or on steam.

Same... Why the hell can't they just release it on Steam at the same time? You need steam to install the online version and its not like they have to burn the disks and make the boxes etc. Really annoying. lol.

And to top it off they do this rubbish where they are only selling the game inc Race07 and not the add-on. Do they purposely try to annoy their customers?

Yeah I wont be able to take part until at least next friday (29/08/2008) when play.com say it is released.

Although the game is on the newsgroups I see now, no online play though i would have thought

I went for a 2 stop strategy last race out as it said "changable conditions" it wasnt changable lol!! It rained 100% the time.

Anyone know if its going to be a mix of rain/dry during the race this time? or is there no such thing as having a wet start and it drying out during the race?
