. gentlemanly racing here at RD is starting to get rather soured for me by people going for "do or die" manoeuvres, which has happened all too often in the past few races I have done ... take a chill pill chaps, respect your fellow racers and enjoy the racing, not just going for glory ...

1000% agree with this statement!

I spent along time practicing for this race, only to get all my hard work undone by people not taking their time while the pack is bunched.

Be aware of whom is around and brake that bit earlier,until the pack splits. We`ll then all have alot more enjoyable racing with far less lap 1 retirements

Special note

Last event using the WTCC 08 a bug was repported that some were getting booted when trying to join the server with the Volvo C30. after further investigation it seems that the one that bought the Race On expension and that don't have STCC the game install separately can't join an online server with the Volvo C30 so if your one of them you will know that you'll get booted, sorry for the inconvinient.

As a suggestion would it not be fair to ban the Volvo for this & future WTCC 08 events until SIMBIN fix the net-code config error with race-on / STCC owners..

I just can't see this being fair to split the community, it's kind of like 1 rule for 1 and 1 rule for others, I know this error is not an RD problem,
Middle ground would be a better option IMO, so to not create a divide:thinking:.
