Question about GPCos validation

Hi!

I`m opening this thread because i`m a little bit confused -_-
I and a friend have registered as new users at gpcos on friday, 23rd.
We confirmed our email adresses and are waiting for validation since then.

While searching through the forums for additional information i found this thread: http://www.racedepartment.com/forum/threads/gpcos-account-not-activated-yet.86050/

Do we have to pay the license fee in order to get the validation?
I thought that after validation we can create a team in gpcos, register for the pro series and then have to pay the full fee (team + drivers).

Anyone able to help? :)

Hi,

the quickest way is to pay everything first, that way I get notification quicker. I have activated both users now on GPCOS. Please include team name, driver name, series etc in payment, as per instructions.

Just another question... as cockpit view is the only one allowed.. is it possible to adjust the seat position or do we have to use the default view?

You can map buttons for seat up/down/forward/backwards in game controller menu. Btw if you plan to participate for next round, remember to allocate for the event in GPCOS.

Well, the problem is, that our team is not yet validated. we still need to add the drivers and send a request for the pro series.

now that we are validated and in the pro series, we need to send our painted cars in order to be allowed to join the events, right?

there is no possibility to drive on the servers without having the cars done?

We will not be having a carmod update for this weekend, we have them for every 2nd or 3rd race only because rF2 mod updating system is a pain.

I suggest you join the first race(s) with FSR General car until we get your carpaint to the mod. The car you use on server is unrelated with GPCOS results, so it doesn't matter.
