Purchase problem

Had to give this it's own thread.

Just paid for it with paypal. After payment was done, it took me back to Fastsprings web site where I received error message. When I clicked back it said thank you for your purchase:confused: Have not received any e-mail yet, that was 5 hours ago. Received Paypal receipt. I have now sent an e-mail to fastsprings.:(

Edit: Fastsprings responded to my e-mail.

I am sorry, but due to a technical problem that PayPal was experiencing earlier, the charge did not complete. The charge that you see associated with that order is a pre-authorization charge. A pre-authorization is a temporary hold of the available balance on a credit / debit card and you are not responsible for paying for it. The charge will drop off your card within 5-10 business days. The exact timeframe varies with each card issuer and each card issuer has control over when those charges will be dropped or voided.
