Problem with editor Image PSSG

i try to change the photo of pilots but... this is the result after the compression of PNG file when i try to import the image , someone can help me???

The image distorts because you use the wrong format or the wrong image size.

nah.....iv'e make a same resolution of the game but cannot solve the problem....

They should be compressed as DDS, other file types won't work.
