Problem exporting

I've just tried to export from btb to r factor.....never a problem b4....this time i got an error message "cant export lenght cannot be less than zero. parameter name length." I found another posting here suggesting i take out the background image. I tried and got the same message, I've copied and resaved in another name with no bg image and the same message appears. hopefully someone has another suggestion or two...
