It's with much sadness that I have to withdraw from tonight's race. Very unexpected visitors that I dislike. Just heading to the shed to blunt off a 3/4" drill bit. I'll slowly drill that into the side of my head which won't be the most painful thing I have to endure!!

Stuff that mate, just make them some tea and tell them you need to go to the toilet for a bit, give them a wink and they won't bother you until you get back. You'll be good to race.

GMT doesn’t change Damo but our time does when daylight savings stops and we still run the races at 20:00 so their time has to change. Thanks for the link though I’m sure it will be helpful.
