The tire changing should work with or without my mod. This mod only changes the textures, so if tire changing doesn't work, the problem is probably elsewhere. You could check if the ext_config.ini has the correct lines about the tires (check one of my previous comments in this thread). If you've installed some other mod that's using the config, that might've overwritten it. You should probably ask in the RSS discord
