Old Geezer needs some more HELP!

Hi Guys,
Just getting back into the game after a three year hiatus. Is there a method like "Drag & Drop" to get the .ini files to the right place? Seems rather laborious to open the file & then go "line by line" to install the settings?!?! I've searched everywhere I can think of but can't find an answer.
