No Hesi but I cannot drive

So i have been trying to get into no hesi, but for some reason the only thing that wont respond on my car is the throttle. ive tried changing it to different buttons and everything but i cnat get my throttle to work on no hei servers. when i do a private drive on regular assetto all my controls work fine.
The little red bar is above the throttle and when i do regular test races it turns green when the race starts.

Really tho, ive heard of THE STRANGEST problems with people trying to join those servers. The official servers are SO much better. Yea, there's less traffic but its not a giant gimmick parade.

You'll have to ask who runs the servers, they use content with complex scripts to disable throttle intentionally. Nobody else will know what the conditions are.

It's simply locked for you, just like any other no hesi car
