No game, no Sector 3.

Game wont start (content server connection error 11002) and Sector 3 web page is down too. Was this planned? Is there a hotfix or something coming?

The web page is back, and I am now seeing
"R3E is currently down for planned maintenance
We're busy pushing some new cool stuff.
We'll be back ASAP."
on the profile page.
