New PRO team help.

Hi everyone. First of all I don't know if this is the correct topic to post this, if not I'm very sorry but we were a bit lost.
Who will be my teammate and me would like to contest in the 2015 PRO Season with a new team. We've seen the post to register and acquire the licenses, and we started following each step. However, neither me nor my mate could continue, and the problem is that after 3 days we still don't have our accounts validated in gpcos. We didn't find any help email or didn't know who to contact with. So our question is: Do we have to wait more time and all of this is normal? If it is so, we're very sorry for disturbing and for our impatience...
Our GPC registrations are:
- JS Champs Racing (Team)
- Juan Sanchez Lopez (Driver)
- Sergio Rodriguez (Driver)

Thanks for the reply Goran, but we found out that payment had to be done before the activation, so very retarded from us, and sorry all. We will make all the procedures to pay as soon as possible, sorry all again and see ya!

Hi Sergio make sure as well that you register on GPCOS. Your payment has been recieved so its a matter of adding your team to the PRO roster.
