Need help on plugin development

Hi,

I'm trying to develop a simple plugin for use in a race center business.
I need to send out session information (lap info, driver info, etc...) to
a server application running remotely. As a starting point, I tried to compile
rFactor's internal plugin and install it in GSC plugins directory. However,
no information is gathered. The same compiled plugin works unchanged
in rFactor setup. I would appreciate it if someone can give me some tips
on what I need to do to fix the issue. Or if there is another way to implement
without using rFactor's internal plugin code.
