i have one problem how do you change the pit perch i cant find it anywhere

Pit perch and Garage name same location and each track needs to be replaced.
F1 2020/ /2020_asset_groups/environment_package/tracks/abu_dahbi/wep/abu_dahbi_f1_myteam

thankyou, and one more thing how does the copy and paste folder work i did everything one by one but does the copy and paste work, as in just replace the folders in the original game files?

You just copy the entire mode f12020 folder to the same location as your hard drive F1 2020 location and it‘ll ask if you want to replace 150+ files and select yes.
