My cars randomly have no more power

My cars randomly have no more power. I use an Xbox one controller tethered via USB-C

I was playing AC (bought on steam) from the Content Manager perfectly fine, the last major thing I downloaded was all the shader packs from the Content Manager for a car I was trying out and it worked perfectly fine after that.

I was playing AC for about an hour, and it was working just fine, I got off to play some CSGO but I installed Voice Mod beforehand. after my session of CSGO (about 2 hours) I got back on AC to put in some laps. it loaded up just fine and i answered a DM from a friend then none of my cars had power after that.

I've already tried Verifying file integrity and restarting my PC.

I've tried different shader version and maps, yet nothing works. Is it possible that i pressed a key bind which is causing my problem??

Edit: I was able to find the original download files for a few of the cars I daily use and none of them worked, I've tried a few vanilla cars and they work but the cars I use most just don't work at all
