Cars Modification of original car (no animation)

Hello AC fans and developers!

My idea is to change the rims for original AC car. So, there are my actions:

1. I have copied original car folder and renamed it:
Ks_porsche962c_shorttail ---->
Ks_porsche962c_shorttail_new

All data have been copied without modification.

2. I have modified default porsche 962 3d model (changed the rims), corrected the textures and saved new kn5 file into "new" car folder. The name of new 3d model file is the same as original. I just replaced it.

As a result, I have no animation of new 3d model (with new rims).

What do I wrong?

By the way, If I replace original 3d model in original folder by new 3d model (with new rims), animation works fine. I suspect that the reason of the problem is renaming the car folder. But how can I separate the different car models (with new rims and default one)?

Hope you can help guys.

Regards

As long as you copied the /animations folder in the car they should work the same, you can try it on the original 3d model to double check that part.
