Mod Downloads keep failing

I have been trying to download cars and tracks, but my download randomly stops during different times during the download but never finishes. I have pretty decent internet so I doubt that is the issue. I have also tried with and without adblock plus and various download managers. I have only tested on Chrome though but im pretty sure its not browser related.

As an example, I could not finish this download

I can't see any evidence in the logs about what could be wrong I'm afraid.
I agree it's probably not browser-related but I'd still recommend trying in another browser, just to rule it out, and better still to try in safe mode if you can.
It may be an issue with the connectivity between your ISP and ours.

Not impossible I guess but I'd have thought that would just block it rather than wait for it to partially (or even mostly) download first...
