Hi,
How about a monthly (or so) member spotlight interview for a member of the site who has done something to stand out from the rest? It could be a resident alien in the AC section, or the rF2 section, or maybe the R3E section (etc) being asked why he is so fast and how he's doing it. Or it could be a member who has put a ton of time into helping out, like staff members, mod makers or general members who contribute a lot to the board/site. Or a member who was a former racer IRL being asked how it compares to simracing. Or something entirely else?
The questions could be written down beforehand and just emailed to the person in question, minimizing time used. And then post it on the front page and in the news section.
