Kirkmoar - GrassFX, RainFX, etc. - Updated Kirkmoar with ext_config features

FEATURES: GrassFX, RainFX, Light Bounce, *very* basic lights and material tweaks and some other stuff.

INSTALLATION: I don't like installing thru CM, so I recommend manual installation. Drop the Extension folder to the following directory:

...\assettocorsa\content\tracks\kirkmoar

KNOWN ISSUES: Issues with fences refracting incorrect textures. This has been present since the track released... I am trying to figure that out to see if I can fix it.

Steve Rosswick updated Kirkmoar - GrassFX, RainFX, etc. with a new update entry:

v0.81 - Added VAO, Night Lights tweak, materials adjustment

Figured out how to do VAO, so now this includes VAO. Adjusted night lighting to have softer transitions. Tweaked many materials: trees are less neon and pavement and buildings look less harsh.

There is an option in the download to use original materials if you prefer the brighter look. Just rename ext_config.ini to ext_config_darker.ini and then rename the other file to ext_config.ini
