Depends what settings you mean. Most stuff will run for you as you have it set up. Assists and race session times will be determined by the server.

I also wondered if I have to download software for teamspeak?

As Jörn said, TS isn't mandatory but I would suggest using it. Generally it is easier to communicate with others when letting them pass, overtaking, after an incident etc, and besides we usually have a really good laugh. Last question, I took a monthly subscription, will the subscription automatically be prolonged after a month. And what is the notice period for termination?

It will expire automatically, it won't be extended automatically (as far as I know) and as it stands I don't think you'll get a notice. Your premium tag will simply disappear. Not ideal, I know, but easy enough to spot when you're on here anyway.
