I'm new to rfactor and need help please

I have downloaded rfactor today mainly because I want to race the old style formula one cars, can somebody tell me where I can download the mods for free? and how do I get them to appear in my game?

Thanks I'm all set up now, finding it hard to get some decent settings on my logitech g27, but downloaded the 1993-1994 f1 mods. My laptop can't handle the races against ai though, it goes all laggy, so think I'll have to get a proper gaming PC

Yes, and if you are even considering rF2 it's a must! While you are at it go for triple monitor

G27 Hint: Set throttle and break sensitivity to 0%. I have steering pretty low too, maybe like 5-10%. Play with dead zone to suit by using red bars on controller display to monitor where pedals pick up and peak. Helps the touchiness, especially with high power mods.
