Does AC work on your PC using its original launcher and original content ? ... 1st important question in order to define if the problem is AC or CM.

Did you drive Assetto Corsa with Content Manager since the very 1st time ? ....
( Possible if you don't have Assetto Corsa since the early days )

There are different possibilities but the easiest one is: launch AC from Steam's library.....
Original content ? ... using no mod of course but just pure Kunos creations : for example using Imola and BMW Z4 GT3

If the problem still happens with this original launcher and content .... Content Manager will have nothing to do with your problem .... and only an AC reinstall might solve it or at least first recreating new Documents/Assetto Corsa might maybe solve it. ( in that purpose, first backup and save the actual ones before )

If AC is working with this launcher and content ..... then the problem is surely with Content Manager.
