WRC8 How to Uninstall WRC 8 (Epic Game Store Version) From Windows 10?

Can anyone explain how to uninstall WRC 8 (Epic Store version) from a Windows 10 system? Step-by-Step directions would be greatly appreciated.

I find running it thru the Epic Store to be a PITA. It's my only Epic Store game, and now there are later versions of WRC available on Steam (which I prefer). TBH, I can't even determine exactly where it's installed on my system. It may have its files scattered all over the place for all I know.
