F1 2013 How to make a good start in the race ?

I am in Bahrain now.Till now the race starts have been sub standard.I got pole in Bahrain,so I want to make good start and pull away.
Can you people give me any tips to get good start?

BTW I am using Logitech F510 gamepad and all assists turned off.And I don't want to use them either.

Have your throttle bouncing between 100 % and 85 % quickly, until you feel the car getting traction (halfway into first gear or so) - apply full kers at this point.
