F1 22 how to install mods to over ride real teams liveries

hi so i am wanting to know if there is a way to change the current 10 real teams liveries in the f1 23 game. specifically i want to change the alfa romeo livery to a sauber livery but cant seem to find any tutorials. i am also trying to change the decal file on the current red bull livery, all i want to do is on the side pod change the oracle logo to the tag heuer logo but i get this strange white pattern show on the livery. i would add a screenshot i have of it but race department says its too big. thanks for any responses i can get (race department also wont let me post anything without a flair and for me there is no f1 23 flair)
