Like in topic, I would like to know how to edit original files in the Race, especially .GDB and .HDC. In that thread: https://www.racedepartment.com/threads/extra-capacity-on-tracks.190731/ ,for the first time I read about wtcced. I was trying to get some information about it but I think now nobody is going to look to that thread. Parallel I was searching in Google on my own but I have found only sites, in my opinion, which look unsafe.
I will be really grateful if somebody will be able to tell me about a good source to get that program or other solution to edit the files.
