I have to change the default setup of a mod for the player's car.
Where's the folder/file?
It's included in a data file or it's a stand alone and editable file?

It is in the data folder, named setup.ini.
For some changes you have to go to other files, like suspension.ini or so

I know about setup.ini, but in that file is possible to set the MIN and MAX values for the setup windows in game, not the start value of a default setup.
