General Horizontal Speedometer

I am working on the instruments for my car from the norwegian animation movie "Pinchcliffe Grand Prix" and there is something special about this car's speedometer. it has two, one analog with a needle, and one horizontal (like in a 1967 lincoln continental). In the movie the horizontal goes from 0-260 and the needle one from 260-400. I have succesfully added the analog one, which doesn't move until 260 is reached. however, I can't seem to get (speed_serie_n) to work. I have added a empty in the cockpit empty called DATA_DISPLAY with TAG_LED_(0-47) with each being a empty with cube meshes as children. the problem comes ingame, where I don't know what is supposed to happen. what shader or material am i supposed to assign the meshes? I haven't found any cars in Assetto Corsa which do have the speedometer as a bar or led, so I can't reverse engineer it either. Can anybody explain how either speed_serie works, or have any other ideas how I can achive my goal.
