I've tried to price it fairly because of the bent mounting holes. I cannot gaurentee it will mount flushly to a flat plate, but there shouldn't be any issues with extrusion rigs. With that said, I'm sure Heusinkveld is willing to send new parts if requested as their support is amazing.
