Help with Nvidia Controller setup?

Tried to make my game look abit better, as my shots seem to look like im on low settings compared to everyone else, by letting the Nvidia Geforce Experience program optimise everything. Go into game, this is what i see. Was fine before!

Any help?

Fixed, seemingly it was oculus rift rendering
