TOMAS ENGE. He drove in 3 races at the end of 2001 for Prost after being dominate in F3000 but didn't race in F1 again due to taking Illegal Drugs I think.

I feel proud because I know I got this right but it was really tough. Took me ages to think of a F1 Driver with the initials T.E
