GT Omega Pro cockpit upgrades

GT Omega have made substantial improvements to their 'Pro' simulator recently and we thought it would be nice to highlight some of the changes to this already well liked rig.

The main alteration is the new bracing legs that add rigidity to the wheel mounting. This change really adds a great deal to the overall stiffness of the wheel mounting plate and triangulates the whole front section. This alteration has led to revisions of the shifter mounting, keyboard tray and bought about some extra goodies like the new cup holder! The improvements don't stop there though, the Tripple Monitor Stands have been updated and now feature more adjustment, have built in Speaker mounts and the option to add a number of console trays/shelves.

The good news for previous GT Omega Customers is that 'upgrade packages' will be available in the near future to bring the older 'pro' models more in line with these improvements. Whilst we have had no exact pricing details or availability on the upgrade packages, we believe the bracing legs will cost around £15-20 and the other components will be extra. We were very impressed with both these improvements and the fact that GT Omega have once again remembered their past customers and offered this upgrade package as well.

Yes it is nice they've remembered there customers who already have this great bit of kit..

Holy ****, that's almost the same one as the Speedmaster V2.0 (http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41Ekd7V1rrL.jpg), but much more expensive. I got the Speedmaster and it's one of the best cheap rigs you can have!
