umma gumma submitted a new resource:

GDB_rename - GT Legends, GTL, track utility, GDB rename

this is a utility that renames the .gdb files in tracks so they are all lower case

I am not the author, but I downloaded it from NOGRIP years ago and used it to launch GTL every time. it avoided online track mismatch issues, I believe it might also fix permissions?
