Is it the content & the price stay the same if i order after release ?? Also i have to download it or get a DVD version ?? Thanks for the concern.

Confirming that the price wil remain the same on release - the advantage for pre-orders will be to get the game a few days in advance.

GSC2013 delivery is exclusively digital (download), though there may be a DVD release on brazilian territory later on.

There is an official homepage, www.game-stockcar.com.br . The full updated website is still a few days away though.

Pre-orders will get the game on the 30th, official release will however take a few more days into october.
