I like this kind of challenge already before the main event. This is what motivates the drivers to do some more laps, which automaticaly results in a more consistant and therefore safer race...

Since some years, these cars have 7 gears :tongue: (sorry mate)

btw: i won't drive this event, i'm only discussing here to compare and to learn things, and be sure i did learn much, so it's very helpfull

Down to 1:24:0 now which is about right for me, so im pretty happy car feels great.

EDIT: Adam just reminded me below. Whats with the wierd lighting around this track? So dark sometimes and normal others.

And no, no white parts of track.

Anybody else got the issue where some of the tarmac is white? I've tried reinstalling but still the same. Any ideas?

I use DirectX 9 and the same thing happens to me,not everytime but sometimes,after second corner and the part between corners 10 and 11.

Oke weird. Did some laps on it and never encountered it. Has probably to with graphic settings like it always does.

Hi pls could someone give a simple explanation of how the parc ferme system works for these races id rather not be caught out with the wrong setup / tyres etc in the race. thanks

When you set a time in Q. Some things in the setup get locked, so you cant change them anymore for the race.
What you still can change is:

Tyres
Front wing
Brake Pressure
Brake Bias
Boost Mapping
Engine brake mapping
Steering Lock

The most important thing is that you have enough fuel onboard to do Q and race.
So for example you are planning to do 3 laps in Q. You need Race fuel and fuel for those 3 laps.

and remember also that in the race fuel you must count also the formation lap, and 1-2 liters for the reserve
