Did you use the teams.txt and Names.txt from Fix Names 2022 ?
It's seems you don't use that list. (I use the Magnussen Version) to replace Mazepin.
Yep did everything you did
Open f1 game open cheat engine with the fix names 2022:
Then open name changer’ then find offsets then write to f1

The only thing can be tricky is your local settings (I mean the game is in French here), I don't know where you lives.

I've been looking at this for a while now, and still can't figure out how to get the F1 name Changer thing open (on Screenshot 3 on the right and screenshot 4)Hope this will help you. I play with Jamie's 2022 Mod without any problem and my game is in French.

You don't have to do it. Just launch Cheatengine, open to select F1 2021 DX12.exe process, Open file to load "Fix names 2022.ct".
You must launch Names and Team changer on last, with proper teams and names (txt).
