FFB problems with T300 RS

So I have this problem where the force feedback on my T300 doesn't work, sort of. So bvasically when I start the pc and the wheel everything works, but when I open the control panel and I try to change somne settings the ffb doesn't work anymore. If I change the steering degree everything works, but if I change anything in the gain setting panel the ffb disappears completly and the "overall strenght of all forces" option automatically resets itself to 100% everytime I close the control panel, and no other options does that. The test forces also seems to work only once, the first time I open the control panel, and after I close it and reopen the just don't work anymore. Only on pc it soed that, on PS4 it works perfectly. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers but I don't know what else I could try.
