F1 2011 fanatec csr preset save issue

When saving a wheel setup on the preset save option I have noticed that when you turn off the wheel the setup I saved has gone and it reverts back to default. I have read the manual and followed the instructions but its not saving. Is this a bug has anyone else noticed this issue

do you press one of the wheel buttons to start the game in intro cos if you do not it will revert back to key bourd

I am having this problem too with my CSR wheel. The presets are gone once you turn off the wheel.

I've contacted Fanatec and they are aware of the issue and are hoping to implement a fix via revised firmware.

how is the CSR? I have a GT3 and I'm thinking of upgrading to the CSR with the F1 wheel
